BOWERS & Pitsea will head to Felixstowe & Walton United in the Isthmian North play-offs on Tuesday.
Bowers went into the final day of the regulation season hoping to secure home advantage for the crunch clash.
But a 2-0 defeat at Wroxham meant Bowers ended the campaign sitting in fourth place and will now be on the road.
The other semi-final sees Bury Town at home to Brentwood Town.
Basildon United ended the season in ninth after losing 2-1 at home to Heybridge Swifts.
Samir Ali was on target for the Bees.
